Haley Automotive Group History

Haley Pontiac-GMC is a successor dealership to a company by the name of Lynn Pontiac, which existed in Richmond prior to the 1960’s. The original Pontiac store has become a springboard for expansion into additional dealerships in Virginia owned by the Haley Automotive Group. These include Haley Toyota of Richmond, Haley Toyota of Roanoke, Haley Ford in Chester, and the Haley Auto Mall in Farmville, which carries Chevrolet, Buick, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Toyota, and Ford products. Today we have over 400 associates and sell in excess of 10,000 cars and trucks each year. It’s an exciting time for the Haley Automotive Group as we continue our expansion. The continued growth and success of our company is attributable to a management philosophy based on fair treatment and providing quality service that fosters repeat business and referrals. Associates have always been held accountable for their performance, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. Benefits

Medical Insurance

Haley offers medical coverage to associates and their eligible family members. Full-time associates are eligible for coverage after 3 months of employment. The cost of your coverage and that of your family is shared by you and the dealership.

Vacation

Vacation is a benefit provided to full-time associates. New associates accrue vacation during their first year of employment, but may not take the leave until their second year of employment. After two complete years of employment, associates are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation.

Retirement Plans

Haley Automotive Group provides you with a tax-deferred savings 401(k) plan to help you save for retirement. You qualify if you are a full-time associate age 21 and above and have completed one year of service. Your voluntary contributions are taken on a pre-tax basis, and you can contribute up to 85% of your earnings each year, or the maximum allowed by law. Haley matches 10% of your contribution to the plan, up to 6% of your earnings.

Dental Insurance

Full-time associates are eligible for coverage after 3 months of employment. You pay the cost of the coverage in full.
